Japanese fashion designer Issey Miyake Outlet is known for technology-driven clothing design, exhibitions and perfumes. He studied graphic design at Tama Art University in Tokyo. After graduation, Issey Miyake worked in Paris and New York, making himself a successful designer. Miyake may be known for his unique pleating method. In 1993, he led his Issey Miyake Tote Outlet series "Pleats Please". He meticulously planned the technique of cutting and sewing garments before going through the heat press.
